Whole network on one map
Every active route renders on a single color-coded map, so fleet movement, delivery density, and route overlap read at a glance.
Transportation module
Every route and every truck's spare capacity on one map, so under-filled runs get filled before another truck goes out.
What it does
The day is already routed by the time it reaches Orchestruck. Truck capacity management is what happens next, across the whole operation on one screen, reading the same live order record as every other module.
Every active route renders on a single color-coded map, so fleet movement, delivery density, and route overlap read at a glance.
Each truck shows how full it is by cube, weight, and pieces, which turns unused space from a guess into a number.
Narrow the view by shipper, warehouse, manifest, service level, order type, status, region, or delivery date.
Under-filled trucks get matched with orders already in the network, so a run leaves closer to full instead of half loaded.
Add returns, service tickets, and pickups to routes already in process rather than generating a second visit.
Routes planned elsewhere can be adjusted here. Move a stop between trucks, extend a run, or rebalance two routes covering the same ground.
How the network gets rebalanced
Four stages, start to finish.
Runs already planned and optimized with our route optimization tool render together, color coded, so the whole day is visible at once instead of one manifest at a time.
Each truck reports how full it is by cube, weight, and pieces. Under-filled runs surface on their own rather than waiting for someone to notice them.
Unassigned orders, returns, and pickups are added to runs already heading that way, so the spare space gets used before another truck is added.
Routes update, capacity numbers move, and the change reaches the dispatch dashboard for the team working the day.
Where it earns its keep
Bulky freight fills a truck by volume long before it fills by weight or stop count. Seeing spare cube across the whole network is what turns a half empty run into a paid one.
Better together
Although Orchestruck works on its own, it works better when the modules beside it read from the same order record.
Route optimization sequences one run. Orchestruck looks across all of them and finds the space between.
Explore module DispatchA rebalanced route lands on the dispatch dashboard, where the team works the change as the day runs.
Explore module WarehouseSpare capacity only counts if the freight is staged, which is why loading status feeds the same view.
