Create Shipper Account

Create and submit support requests for assistance and issues.

Step 1

Click on the gear icon then select Shippers Create Shipper Account

Step 2

Click + New Account Shippers settings screen in Grasshopper Labs with an arrow pointing to the New Account button

Step 3

Create a Shipper Name (Account Name) and enter the required information. Select the appropriate boxes – services and features of the account, calendar settings (None, View Only, Scheduling) then click the disk icon to Save. Create Shipper Account Confirmation that Shipper creation has been completed Create Shipper Account Welcome Email to the Shipper Create Shipper Account
