Click the gear icon then select Regions

Click on the Region

On Sub-Regions tab, click + Add Sub-Region

Enter the Sub-Region Name then click Next
Step 5
Enter the list of zip codes separated by comma (,) or semi-colon (;)
Step 6
Click the Lead-time Alert, enter the From & To Time-frames (in days) and Save
