New Features

  • Improved Receiving Hours Management
    • Enhanced the Receiving Hours configuration for pickups to make it more structured and user-friendly.
    • Key Enhancements
      • New Behavior
        • If the receiving hours checkbox is selected, users must fill at least one field (“From” or “Until”).
        • Added a priority selector (Requested or Required, defaulting to Requested).
      • Applied to both Vendor Pickup and Customer Pickup Return workflows.
      • Changes are also available in the Shipper Web Portal.
  • Shipper Branding Controls for Tracking Page
    • Introduced Shipper-Specific Branding configuration for the Tracking Page experience.
    • This update addresses operational needs raised by warehouse teams and ensures greater flexibility during item inspection.

      • Implementation Details
        • Branding settings are defined at the retailer configuration, however this is operated by Support group only.
        • Defaults remain Orange for shipper environments without custom branding.

  • Customize Scheduling Guidelines in Tracking Page
    • Added support for rendering a custom Scheduling Guideline message on the Tracking Page specifically for carrier.
    • Key Enhancements
      • Behavioral Changes
        • Reschedule Charges appears based on a rescheduling policy definition
        • Allows shippers to provide customized customer-facing guidance without confusing mentions of reschedule penalties.
        • Maintains flexibility for different shipper policies on the same platform

Bug Fixes

  • Issue with Mileage Calculation in Delivery Pricing
    • Resolved an issue where the mileage calculation in the Delivery Calculator was incorrectly rounding up mileage values. Previously, additional mileage was being rounded up to the nearest whole number (e.g., 20 units instead of 19.86).
    • Issue Summary
      • Mileage values are now accurately calculated and displayed as exact figures without forced rounding.
