Revert to Pending Arrival

Step 1

Enter the Purchase Order Number or Grasshopper Order ID then click the order number

Revert to Pending Arrival

Step 2

Click the edit/pencil icon

Revert to Pending Arrival

Step 3

Click on the drop down menu, select Pending Arrival and click Save. If more than one line item is in the order, you need to do the process for each line item.
