Delivery Rejected Email – Email sent once delivery is rejected
Failed Inspection Email – An item/order is damaged and beyond repairable (Failed Deluxe Status)
Repair Quote Email – Notification on repair quote for approval. An item/order is damaged but is repairable (Inspection Status)
Customer Notifications
