Step 1
Enter the Purchase Order Number or Grasshopper Order ID then click to open
Step 2
Click the gear icon then select Order Actions
Step 3
Select Link
Step 4
Select the Link Type:
- Tag Along (Follower) – if orders need to be delivered together on the same day
- Relates to – for orders that were never linked like child order, svc ticket, etc
Enter the Grasshopper Order Number in the box then click Link Order
The next page would display the linked order – either Tag Along [Parent] or Relates to
Select the Bin icon if you wish to unlink the orders
