All questions in the Delivery Questionnaire must be answered before an order can be added in a Home Delivery Manifest.

Option 1 – Scheduling Calendar

1. Click on the Calendar for scheduling
2. Select the Home Delivery Manifest
3. Enter the name of the consignee
4. Answer all questions
5. Click Schedule

Option 2 – Add manually in the Home Delivery Manifest

1. Open a Home Delivery Manifest
2. Go to Content tab
3. Enter the Order ID
4. Click Add
5. Answer all questions
6. Then click Add

In the Home Delivery Manifest, answers on the Delivery Questionnaire can be viewed if you click on the ? under Notes

Answers can also be updated by clicking on the ? then click Save

Option 3 – When customer is booking the delivery date

1. Select the schedule date
2. Click the Schedule Your Delivery
3. Answer all questions
4. Then click Schedule Your Delivery

Open the order and go to the Survey tab to view the answers
