Clone a Return Order (Damaged, Delivery Failed, Rejected)
Duplicate return orders for damaged, failed, or rejected deliveries.
Roles: Dispatch

Step 1

  • Option 1 – From the Returns Log Report, click on the Order ID to open
Clone a Return Order (Damaged, Delivery Failed, Rejected)

  • Option 2 – Enter the Purchase Order Number or Grasshopper Order ID then click on it to open

Step 2

Click the gear icon then Order Actions

Clone a Return Order (Damaged, Delivery Failed, Rejected)

Step 3

Click Redeliver

Clone a Return Order (Damaged, Delivery Failed, Rejected)

Step 4

Select line item/s to be cloned, choose the redelivery reason, enter notes and click Go

Cloned/Child Order on Pending Arrival status
