Grasshopper Labs did not start in a boardroom. It started on the dock, in the cab, and at the customer's door. Before writing a line of code, Ori Anavim and Doug Ladden spent years running large-scale last mile delivery operations — scheduling appointments, routing crews, managing warehouses, and answering for every delivery that ran late.
They lived the same problem every operator knows. The tools did not talk to each other. A transportation management system here, a warehouse management system there, a spreadsheet holding the whole thing together, and a customer who only wanted to know one thing: where is my delivery.
So in 2020 they stopped settling for stitched-together software and built their own. One platform that connects transportation, warehousing, and inventory and fulfillment — with real-time tracking, automated scheduling, and 100+ integrations.
Today Grasshopper Labs serves 3PLs, last mile delivery carriers, and their retail partners across the country. We keep building for the operators who do the hard work of getting goods to the door, on time, every time.
