Set Fuel Surcharge Rate to Orders

Apply fuel surcharge rates to specific customer orders.

Option 1 – All Accounts with the same Fuel Surcharge

Step 1

Open the Shipper’s Account and Pricing Set Set Fuel Surcharge Rate to Orders

Step 2

On the Main Settings, tick the Apply Fuel Surcharge then click Save Set Fuel Surcharge Rate to Orders Option 2 – Individual Account / Override Fuel Surcharge

Step 1

Open the Shipper’s Account and on the Pricing tab, toggle on the Override FSC. Enter the new Fuel Surcharge and click Save
