Step 1
Enter the Purchase Order Number or Grasshopper Order ID then click on it

- Option 1 – click Schedule
- Option 2 – click on the arrow down of Pickup Information then the calendar icon
Step 3
Select line items that is/are to be picked up the click Next
Step 4
Select the available route (in yellow), click the drop down list for you to choose the route, tick the Confirmed with customer, enter the name who confirmed the schedule then Save
Confirmation that pick up has been successfully scheduled
