Step 1
Go to the Orders Section, click on the + Create Order button in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select Create Return Order.
Step 2
Enter the Shipper Name
Step 3
Enter all relevant information then click Next
Step 4
For Pickup + Dispose upon return to hub, select Pickup + Dispose upon return to hub then click Next
For Pickup & Return, enter the return address and contact details.
If the item is already packaged, tick the Items Already Packaged checkbox. If not, click the dropdown under Packaging Type and choose the appropriate option from the list. Please note that selecting a packaging type may incur an additional fee.
Then click Next.
Step 5
Review the Return/Pick Up Order then click Book Order!
