Grasshopper Product Update:
Recurring Orders & Cycle Count Management Are Now Live!
At Grasshopper Labs, we’re always working to simplify how our users manage deliveries, inventory, and warehouse operations. Our latest updates are focused on doing just that—with powerful new features designed to Automate Recurring Orders and Streamline Cycle Count management.
Automate Your Workflow with Recurring Orders
Creating the same order repeatedly is tedious and time-consuming. Grasshopper users can now automate the order creation process for repeat orders using customizable settings like frequency, start/end dates, and delivery day selection (e.g., M/W/F), allowing you to reduce repetitive, manual tasks.
Recurring Orders can be generated from any existing order and scheduled to run automatically. You can also turn the feature on or off in Account Advanced Settings, giving you full control over how and when orders recur.
Key Benefits:
- Save time with automated repeat order creation
- Customize schedules to fit you and your customer’s needs
- Improve service for partners and customers
Increase Efficiency with Cycle Count Management Tools
Staying on top of inventory accuracy is easier than ever with the new Cycle Count Inventory Management feature, available on both the web and the warehouse mobile app.
Warehouse managers can initiate counts, create and assign tasks, track progress in real-time and view detailed reporting.
Key Benefits:
- Create and schedule count tasks by region, location, and assigned users
- Track task progress, exceptions, and mark as complete or aborted
- Generate detailed reports with item breakdowns and discrepancies
- Mobile-friendly tools for efficient on-site execution
Together, these updates help keep your inventory accurate, improve operational efficiency, and provide actionable insights to keep your warehouse running ahead of demand.
