Step 1
Enter the Purchase Order Number or Grasshopper Order ID then click the order number.
Step 2
On Order Information, click the drop down menu and select Create Repair Quote
Step 3
In the Order Actions Box, select the line item to be repaired.
Click on the drop down list and enter the Total Expected Repair Time and Cost of Materials (optional).
Upload images of the damaged item/s. Select Type (Inspection if repairable; Failed Deluxe Items if not repairable)
Enter your notes – description of damage and click Go
