Step 1
Click the gear icon and select Advanced Settings
Step 2
Navigate to the Orders tab and expand the Pre Delivery Questionnaire section.
Within this section, you will find the option to enable or disable the questionnaires as needed.
To add more questions, click the + Add Question button.
Any changes made will be automatically saved by the system.
