Step 1
Click the drop down arrow then select Create return order

Enter the Shipper Name
Step 3
Enter all relevant information then click Next
Step 4
Choose Pickup & Return, enter the return address and contact details.
Click Items Already Packaged if the item/s is/are packaged or select Packaging Type of your choice then click Next
Step 5
Review the Return/Pick Up Order then click Book Order!
