Deliveright Releases DirectChoice

Deliveright Logistics, developer of the leading final-mile delivery network for heavy goods in the US, unveiled its newest scheduling feature, DirectChoice, which empowers shippers to schedule deliveries to customers’ homes.

The new technology uses information about the delivery, such as size, location, service level, and more, to match the delivery to open appointments in the delivery terminal’s routing schedule. Shippers will not have to communicate with a Deliveright team member before booking the appointment. “Our DirectChoice technology is designed to increase visibility for our customers. With shippers now able to schedule deliveries as soon as their customer’s order is ready, we’re offering a more streamlined and customizable delivery experience than ever before,” said Ori Anavim, Deliveright’s co-founder and CTO.

The company is expected to roll out the new technology across its 14 operating terminals in the coming weeks. DirectChoice will also be in use at the new terminals Deliveright plans to open later this year as well as through its Platform API.
